The sneaker implements the schools team colors of Deep Garnet covering most of the upper, while Hyper Crimson, Cave Purple, Metallic Gold, and Black add character to the sneaker. The Kobe logo on the tongue is designed differently and shows the year Kobe lead his basketball team to state victory in 1996.
